The optogalvanic responeivity E for He-Xe, He-Ne-Xe gas mixtures has beenmeasured. It has been found that the dependence of lg RXe/RHe on ly PXe/P0 is a linear one. Theinfluence of the pressure, discharge current, analytical line and gas compound on
