第一次接触Jpcap，自己64位的电脑碰到Jpcap.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform的情况。
网上64位的Jpcap.dll好像比较少，于是打个包传上来。顺便把jpcap.jar和WinPcap也放进来了。
因为缺资源分，设了1资源，非常抱歉。

错误原因
由错误提示可知，tcnative-1.dll是一个32位文件，但是运行在64位系统上
解决办法
下载一个64位的tcnative-1.dll，覆盖了原来的文件
