VScode的离线安装包，github下载太慢。cpptools-win32.vsix，(0.27.0-insiders2)

当vscode安装c/c++扩展时出现与系统不兼容，可离线下载并在扩展中从vsix中安装。使vscode可以自动跳转到变量、函数的声明、定义处，同时支持自动补全。安装完了，重启vscode就可以生效。

Set the "C_Cpp.updateChannel" setting to "Insiders" to auto-install the latest Insiders vsix ("extensions.autoUpdate" needs to be true too). Or if that doesn't work (e.g. for remote ARM machines), manually download the vsix that matches the target OS
