1.先安装otp_win64_22.0.exe(官网中...install a supported version of Erlang for Window，所说的Erlang，安装这个即可)，配置环境变量：a.变量名：ERLANG_HOME，变量值就是刚才erlang的安装地址；b.将%ERLANG_HOME%\bin加入到path中；
2.解压后，RabbitMQ的安装包有两个一个是zip格式，另一个是exe格式(二者选其一，zip是免安装版)，然后配置相关环境变量
