详细说明： This program demonstrate how you build a client/server application that in which client able to connect to server that have a dynamic IP, the server designed to broadcast its data, clients also designed to connect to global DB to get the server data, clients connect to server, each server has a unique "Dominator ID", each dominator control a specific clients list, the clients made by dominator X1 will connect server X1 only, clients in 1st run download all its dependency from web site, clients check if server exist in LAN or not if server exist connection established, else it try to connect to server WAN IP.
