参考文献 ......................................................................................................................................................- 30 - 更多精彩毕业设计论文请咨询 QQ840468512 - 3 - 摘要 本文主要介绍了楔横轧成形技术与模拟仿真技术,并基于DEFORM分析软件对楔横轧的工艺设计进行了模拟仿真分析研究工作。最终得到的结论是:楔横轧时,圆形毛坯在连续转动中径向小变形量压缩,毛坯除轴向延伸外,径向也产生扩展,因而在毛坯的心部产生拉应力。当毛坯旋转时,若轴向阻力过大;毛坯横向扩展积累,心部的拉应力增加,当达到材料强度极限时,心部就出现超过允许级别的疏松甚至空腔,这是不允许的。 关键词:楔横轧;DEFORM;工艺设计;模拟仿真 ...展开收缩
