The EULA (License.pdf) for this software is included in the same directory as this readme.txt file. ----------------------------------------------------- DEBENU QUICK PDF LIBRARY FOR MAC ----------------------------------------------------- Debenu Quick PDF Library for Mac is provided as a dylib binary and can be used with any programming language on Mac OS X that supports dylib such as Objective-C and Python. The Mac version is also available as DCU's for Delphi. The Mac version of Debenu Quick PDF Library is sold separately to the Windows version. The Mac version of the library is still in beta and is missing a few of the features that the Windows version has. The following functions are not currently supported in the Mac version: AddSubsettedFont AddTrueTypeFont AddTrueTypeSubsettedFont DARenderPageToDC GetCanvasDC GetPrinterBins GetPrinterDevModeToString GetPrinterMediaTypes LoadFromCanvasDC NewCustomPrinter NewPageFromCanvasDC PrintDocument PrintOptions RequestPrinterStatus SelectRenderer SetCairoFileName SetGDIPlusFileName SetGDIPlusOptions SetPrinterDevMode SignFile In addition XML support is not working (reading/writing XFA form fields and reading/writing XMP metadata) and rendering using Cairo is not supported ----------------------------------------------------- GETTING STARTED ----------------------------------------------------- We recommend that you take a look at the provided samples which demonstrate how to use Debenu Quick PDF Library in an XCode project. These samples use a variety of different functions of the library and provide useful hints on how to unlock the library and the require calling conventions. The dylib for Debenu Quick PDF Library has a dependency on the Delphi restributable (libcgunwind.1.0.dylib) and both the .dylib files use @rpath for their install_path. Both dyblib files must use the same path in order for the application to function correctly. The dylib for Debenu Quick PDF Library is 32-bit only and so the XCode project must be set to 32-bit mode. ----------------------------------------------------- TRIAL LICENSE KEY ----------------------------------------------------- The trial license key for Debenu Quick PDF Library for Mac can be found in a text file called "trial_license_key.txt" located in the same directory as this readme.txt file.
