Moving Forward Faster M AR V La OVERVIEW Features The Alaska 88E1119R Gigabit Ethernet Transceiver is 10/100/1000BASE-T IEEE 802. 3 compliant a physical layer device containing a single Gigabit Supports GMII/MIl interface Ethernet transceiver. The transceiver implements the Integrated MDi interface termination resistors that Ethernet physical layer portion of the 1000BASE-T eliminate twelve passive components 100BASE-TX and 10BASE-T standards. It is Energy Detect and Energy Detect+ low power manufactured using standard digital Cmos process and contains all the active circuitry required to implement the physical layer functions to transmit and receive data on Three loopback modes for diagnostics standard Cat 5 unshielded twisted pair Downshift"mode for two-pair cable installations Fully integrated digital adaptive equalizers, echo The 88E1119R device supports the GM/MlI for direct cancellers and crosstalk cancellers connection to a MAC/Switch port Advanced digital baseline wander correction The 88E1119R device integrates MDi interface Automatic MDI/MDIX crossover at all speeds of termination resistors into the phy this resistor operation integration simplifies board layout and reduces board cost by reducing the number of external components Automatic polarity correction The new marvell calibrated resistor scheme will IEEE 802. 3u compliant Auto-Negotiation achieve and exceed the accuracy requirements of the Software programmable led modes including led IEEE 802.3 return loss specifications testing The 88E1119R device can run off a single 1.8V,2.5V,or Supports IEEE 1149.1 JTAG 3.3V supply.
