详细说明： ASP.NET has an in-memory cache exposed through a public cache API since 1.0. In ASP.NET 4.0 the goal is to provide a new factored cache API that is available to both web and non-web applications. The API includes extensibility points that enable third parties to author custom cache implementations and make them available through a common set of APIs. Additionally the tentative plan is to provide a factored version of the ASP.NET in-memory cache as a default cache implementation that plugs into the new extensibility APIs.
